Our Process:

1.Surface Treatment: We prepare the metal surface (iron, copper, or stainless steel) using various grit sanders (180#, 240#, 320#) to reduce roughness.

2.Specialized Grinding: Delicate or complex parts are finished with our water grinder to achieve a smooth, even surface.

3.Sandblasting: Products made of hardware, acrylic, and resin are uniformly sandblasted to improve coating adhesion and create a matte finish.

4.Fine Brushing: A final hand-brushing step refines the metal's texture, making the wire pattern finer and more visible.
